Sealcoating
Sealcoating is your friend when it comes to protecting your parking lot, it extends the life of your pavement and keeps your investment sound without needing another costly repaving. It also enhances the curb appeal of your business and is recommended that a fresh coat be applied every 2-3 years to maximize the life of the asphalt. In the event of potholes present in your parking lot, our team will patch them before seal coating.
Striping
Just like icing on a cake a parking lot is not finished until the proper markings are applied. Our team only use the highest quality FDOT approved latex paint to guarantee a professional look. We also offer parking lot planning if no previous markings had been made!
Asphalt Patching
Potholes are the biggest safety hazard of any parking lot. Avoid potential liability by filling your potholes, call us immediately if you see one starting so our team can take care of it before it becomes a bigger hazard. If needed, we cut out the affected area, clean, and apply tack coat to create a strong bond to the existing asphalt. Then we fill in the hole with fresh hot asphalt, compact it and clean the area.
Asphalt paving
If it’s time for a fresh layer of asphalt to be applied to your parking lot, our team’s got your back. We mill out damaged areas and along the perimeter as needed. We then apply tack coat to create a strong bond to the existing pavement. Our paving machines and heavy rollers apply a new course of high quality asphalt to your project.
Wheel Stops
To protect infrastructure and other parked vehicles, wheel stops are the answer. We use high quality parking curbs from a local company, when installing, we measure, chalk the location and secure them with rebar.
Signage
Our team will replace broken and missing signs and suggest additional signage that may be required.
